Some Brother printers require to manually reset the toner after you replaced it. If you replaced toner in your Brother hl-l2370dw and the printer is still displaying “Replace Toner”, follow these easy steps to reset it:
- Remove the cartridge and reinstall it back into your printer. Close the front cover and wait about 10 seconds
- With printer ON, open the front cover
- Press BACK and GO buttons at the same time for about 2 seconds
- Press BACK button ONLY one more time
- Press down arrow to select TNR-HC (for high yield toner)
- Press OK
- Press down arrow to confirm ACCEPTED. Press OK
- Close the front cover and you should be good to go!
