What to do when your printer keeps asking you to replace the drum even after you replaced it? Just follow these easy steps to reset your drum. This will work on the following printers:
- Brother HL-L2350dw
- Brother MFC-L2750dw
- Brother HL-L2395dw
- Make sure your printer power is ON
- Close the front cover
- Press and hold the question mark (?) on the display for 5 seconds (located on the right lower corner of the led display)
- Drum option should appear – Press it
- Press YES to reset drum
- Drum should now be reset
