If you just replaced your Brother dr-420 drum, but your fax is still displaying to replace it, follow these easy steps to reset it:
- Make sure that the machine is turned on
- Open the front cover
- Press Clear
- Press 1 to reset the drum counter
- When the LCD shows Accepted, close the front cover
