If you are using HP 206A and HP 206X compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges for HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw, MFP M282nw, MFP M283cdw, MFP M283fdw, you might have to switch out the chips (unless your toners already came with chips). A compatible cartridge will not work in the printer unless it has a chip. Please save the original genuine empty toner that came with your printer and watch this video to learn how to switch out the chip. This procedure will work for the following cartridges:
W2110A and W2110X black
W2111A and W2111X cyan
W2113A and W2113X magenta
W2112A and W2112X yellow
