Our new compatible toner cartridges come with a special tool and instructions designed to help you remove your original chip if it’s glued to your toner. Please note that if your chip is NOT glued, you will not need to use this tool, and you can continue to purchase our regular toners. The tool and instructions will work on the following cartridges:
